Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in clients courteously.
- Identify the purpose of visits and direct appropriately.
- Maintain a calm, organized front desk.
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Log messages and set expectations for callbacks.
- Provide basic confirmations (hours, location, order status).
- Escalate technical, order, or pricing queries correctly.
- Offer light showroom guidance (product categories only).
- Refer all sales, pricing, or customization questions to Sales.
- Receive payments and issue receipts as instructed.
- Maintain accurate cash logs and secure cash properly.
- Keep front desk records neat and assist management with documentation.
- Ensure correct routing of client queries and prevent misinformation.
- Demonstrate professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
- Apply basic math and record-keeping skills.
- Stay on-site and provide continuous front desk coverage during shifts.
Requirements
- CSEC Diploma (Basic math is a preference.)
- Organization and Record keeping skills
- Verbal and Written communication skills
- Courteous and welcoming demeanor
- Proficient with phones, WhatsApp, and digital tools.
