We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic and deliver exceptional care to our clients and their furry companions. Hourly pay is dependent on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly, both in person and over the phone, providing assistance and information.
- Manage appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits efficiently to support our veterinary team.
- Handle general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage financial transactions payments accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff members to facilitate effective communication and ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Utilize your veterinary assistant or technician experience to assist with basic tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic.
- Be the friendly face of our clinic during evening hours, working until 7 pm to accommodate our clients’ needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred, and knowledge of basic veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and collaborate with the clinic team.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, stand for long periods of time, and handle challenging situations professionally.
