Are you polished, personable, and passionate about wellness? ChillRx Medspa is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our luxury wellness experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-end medspa offering cutting-edge treatments including cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared sauna, advanced facials, and vitamin therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/outs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and promotions
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless client flow
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Support retail sales and product recommendations
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a medspa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality setting preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics
- Comfortable discussing treatments and recommending services
- Tech-savvy (experience with Mindbody software is a plus)

Schedule
- Part-time or full-time opportunities available
- Must be available for some evenings and weekends
