Receptionist – Collision Center

Crown Collision Center in St. Petersburg is hiring a Receptionist to answer incoming calls, welcome visitors and handle day-to-day transactions at our busy location!

Body Shop Experience is HIGHLY preferred – but we are willing to train the RIGHT applicant!

Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Accepting Payments for services and products
• Contacting customers with updates on repairs of their vehicle
• Opening internal tickets for repair jobs
• Preparing salvage yard paperwork
• Assisting estimators as needed
• Performing other clerical duties as needed
• Attending meetings, complying with company policies and performing other duties as needed

The right candidate for this job will have the following:

• Minimum six (6) months basic office experience or receptionist experience
• Office/Receptionist experience in a Body Shop/Collision Shop is HIGHLY preferred, will train the right candidate!
• Fast-paced office – MUST be able to handle high volume
• Clear, pleasant and professional voice, manner and appearance
• Basic typing, calculator, computer skills along with other basic office skills
• Basic math skills along with the ability to follow and carry out written/oral instructions
• Ability to deal with problems by handling them as instructed/trained
• Current FL Driver’s License and ability to meet U.S. employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements – includes background and drug-screen
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
