Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls on the office line professionally
• Respond promptly to corporate email inquiries
• Provide accurate information and assist with general inquiries
• Draft letters, notices, and other correspondence
• Organize and maintain records, scanning and filing documents
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; related diploma preferred
• Minimum 1 year in a reception or admin role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills
