Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Peak Construction Group and plays a key role in supporting smooth day-to-day office operations. Working at our office in South Surrey, this position is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional front-desk experience while providing administrative and office coordination support to the broader team.

Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Visitor
Experience:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier requests, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch.
- Office & Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory, including branded items, kitchen supplies, office supplies, and PPE. Ensure common areas, reception, boardrooms, and kitchen areas are tidy and presentable. - Office Coordination & Services:
Coordinate office services including coffee service, water delivery, and shredding services. Liaise with building management as required. Manage building access cards. - Meeting & Boardroom Support:
Assist with meeting setup, including room preparation and refreshments. - Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects which may include filing, data entry, proofreading, updating documents and assisting with employee and corporate events.
Required Experience And Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year’s experience in a reception, administrative, or customer service role required
- Experience working in a professional office environment is an asset
Required Skills And Knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
