About the Position

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Temporary Front Desk Receptionist from August through December.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and is looking to gain office experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a warm, welcoming experience
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to emails and assist with scheduling
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry
  • Keep the reception area neat and organized
  • Assist the team with administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office
  • Previous office or customer service experience is required
