We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our Family Law Practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while also providing essential administrative support to the legal team.

The right candidate is dependable, polished, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks, including answering phones, greeting clients, organizing files, uploading documents, and handling data entry with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, empathy, and courtesy

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls using strong phone etiquette

· Manage front desk activities and help maintain an organized, efficient office environment

· Upload, scan, organize, and file documents accurately

· Perform data entry and maintain client and office records

· Assist with general administrative support for attorneys and staff

· Schedule appointments and help coordinate office communications

· Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

· Support day-to-day office operations and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

· At least 1 year of administrative experience

· At least 1 year of organizational skills experience

· At least 1 year of typing experience

· At least 1 year of phone etiquette experience

· Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

· Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

· 1 year of customer service experience preferred

· Experience working in a professional office setting

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Comfort working with digital files, document uploads, and data entry systems

· Ability to interact with clients in a calm, respectful, and compassionate manner

· Positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative team
