Job Summary

Golden Bridge Home Care Corp. is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our non-skilled home care agency. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow and succeed alongside our company while contributing to a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Job Type:

Full-time (35 hrs)

This is a 1099 (independent contractor) position.

Job hours: Mondays: 9am-3:00pm

Tuesday to Thursdays: 9am-5pm

Fridays 9:00am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Intake & Coordination:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries using excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with new client intake and onboarding process
  • Schedule initial assessments and services
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records

Scheduling & Staffing:

  • Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments
  • Manage call-outs, shift changes, and coverage needs
  • Confirm schedules with caregivers and clients
  • Monitor attendance and report any issues

Communication:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers
  • Address concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date caregiver and client files
  • Track certifications, background checks, and document expirations
  • Ensure compliance with Florida state regulations and agency policies

Administrative Support:

  • Perform data entry in agency software systems
  • Assist with timesheet verification and billing support
  • File, scan, and organize documents
  • Support office operations and management as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred but isn’t a requirement)
  • Previous administrative or home care experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with scheduling or home care software is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
