Tresp Law, APC, seeks a detail-oriented, welcoming, and organized Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team at 821 S Main Street in Kemmerer, Wyoming. This role will serve as the first point of contact for our office, provide direct administrative support to our attorney, and assist our in-house accountant with essential billing operations.
Role: Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Pay: $22 per hour
Location: Kemmerer, Wyoming (In-Office)
Hours: Part-time, 25–30 hours per week (Mornings, Monday–Friday)

What We’re Looking For:
- Front Desk & Admin Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, billing, or related role is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Must be highly confident with computers and technology, with experience using Mac preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing mail, attorney support, and financial records.
- Client-Focused: Excellent communication skills to confidently interface with tenants, build strong client relationships, and professionally navigate collections calls.
Your Responsibilities:
- Reception & Tenant Relations: Serve as the friendly face and voice of the office. Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and interface professionally with building tenants.
- Attorney Support: Work directly with the principal attorney to help organize files, manage communications, and support day-to-day operations.
- Mail Processing: Receive, sort, process, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Payment Follow-Up & Collections: Proactively call clients regarding outstanding and overdue invoices. Collect payments, address billing inquiries, and maintain a polite but firm professional demeanor.
- Invoice Management & Collaboration: Assist with drafting and sending invoices to clients. Work closely with the in-house accountant to update billing records and ensure all financial information is current and accurate.
