Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations.
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible.
- Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and overseeing general administrative functions.
- Proofread documents for accuracy, format correspondence professionally, and ensure all communications adhere to company standards.
- Provide clerical support including typing reports, managing email correspondence, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed.
Experience
- Prior office experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role is required; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities to serve diverse clients effectively.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems, customer service interactions, and clerical tasks such as proofreading and filing.
- Familiarity with office equipment maintenance, time management techniques, and professional phone etiquette is essential.

Pay: $22.80 – $27.46 per hour
