We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in our fast paced Criminal Defense & Family Law firm! Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using our Case Management System and Microsoft Office tools
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and assist with office management duties such as supply inventory and equipment maintenance
  • Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining organized filing systems
  • Assist with customer support inquiries, providing timely responses and follow-up as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Experience with office management tasks such as calendar management, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
  • Excellent typing speed and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a law firm settings is a plus; administrative assistant experience in a criminal defense or family law firm is advantageous

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
