An Admin Executive / Receptionist acts as the first point of contact and central hub for office operations, greeting visitors and providing clerical support to staff. Key duties include scheduling appointments, maintaining front office appearance, ordering supplies, and handling mail to ensure smooth daily workflows.

Core Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors, manage security protocols and ensure a tidy reception area.
  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; manage company email inboxes.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars for conference rooms or executives, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Order and restock office/kitchen supplies, coordinate office equipment maintenance, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Data & Records: Maintain files, handle expense reporting, and perform data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with a professional Grooming and Hygiene
  • Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and handle interruptions efficiently.
  • Experience: Often requires 1–2 years of experience in a similar corporate or administrative role.
  • Attitude: Proactive problem-solver with a friendly, welcoming attitude
