An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our c administration team supporting our Obstetrics & Gynaecology outpatients department.
The successful candidate will need to be a team player, have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, have a flexible approach to tasks in a changing environment. They will need excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal skills and be competent in using IT systems.
To provide an efficient service in the Obstetrics & Gynaecology outpatient departments and help support with the booking, prepping and management of Gynaecological & Obstetric appointments and notes in the area.
To assist in the smooth running of the Antenatal & Gynaecology outpatient service.
The administrator will work in conjunction with clinical staff to provide administrative support throughout the patient’s journey within the department.
The role involves daily face-to-face contact with patients and relatives, booking appointments, prepping notes, general admin and clerical duties.
