As a Receptionist at Roka, your role is to ensure a seamless guest experience by delivering warm welcomes, managing reservations, and providing outstanding service that anticipates every need. Be the face of Roka and create exceptional first impressions!
ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. Roka Santorini boasts beautiful views of the Aegean Sea, providing the perfect setting to experience a spectacular Santorini sunset while indulging in Roka's signature robatayaki cuisine. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata. Roka Santorini is proud to be part of the Azumi collection.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome that sets the tone for their experience
- Handle phone calls with courtesy and assist with inquiries or bookings
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and bookings to keep the flow smooth
- Keep the reception area spotless and inviting
- Assist guests with requests, ensuring they’re guided to the right team or area
- Communicate effectively during shift handovers to maintain a seamless operation
