We are looking for a dynamic and motivated ''Receptionist'' to join our team at Carisma Spa & Wellness in Saint Julian's, Malta. This full-time, on-site role is essential in ensuring our guests receive the highest standard of customer service and support throughout their spa experience.
Timings – 7 AM to 4 PM
Responsibilities
- Customer Relations Excellence: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring their experience is relaxing and rejuvenating from start to finish,
- Sales and Promotions: Actively promote spa services, packages, and homecare products to guests, driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction,
- Handling the Spa Information Desk and managing daily promotional activities both indoors and outdoors within the hotel premises. This includes guest engagement and ensuring a communicative and personable approach throughout the hotel complex,
- Marketing Materials: Handle and distribute leaflets, brochures, and promotional catalogues to increase awareness and drive engagement with our services,
- Reservations Management: Efficiently manage guest reservations, ensuring accurate scheduling and optimal use of spa resources,
- Service Sales: Sell spa services and homecare products, offering personalized recommendations to meet guests' needs,
- Daily Operations Assistance: Support the overall daily operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow,
- Following All Brand Standards Assigned: Following all brand standards accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within the spa or wellness industry,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient English,
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously,
- Proficiency in handling marketing materials and promotional activities,
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for wellness and customer care.
