Loop 494 Animal Hospital is a privately owned small animal and exotic practice serving the Kingwood area for over 30 years. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Dutie will include:
- Greeting clients and making them and their pets feel welcome.
- Answers incoming phone calls, taking appointments, filling medication when needed, and transferring to appropriate personnel.
- Maintains office environment by maintaining supplies and equipment; ordering material; keeping records of of patients.
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous office/customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
