*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in veterinary medicine and be the first point of contact for our clinic, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
*Duties*
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
– Convert phone calls into appointments and maintain calendars
– Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area and exam rooms
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
-Assist with requests for estimates and medication refills
*Requirements*
– Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role
– Background in veterinary medicine
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-High competency with technology
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

-Experience with DaySmart practice management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
