Receptionist Jobs in Saint George at The Glass Hub

The Glass Hub is looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing Receptionist to join our growing team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers, so we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
  • Schedule and book appointments using Google Calendar
  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Manage daily schedules and coordinate appointments
  • Use iPhone and Mac devices for daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties
  • Learn and use our auto glass management software (training provided)

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using an iPhone and Mac computer
  • Familiar with Google Calendar and basic computer applications
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Previous receptionist, office, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
