Job Overview

Power Lodge is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in creating a positive customer experience.

As a key member of our team, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting multiple departments across the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and visitors while creating a positive first impression of Power Lodge.
  • Assist guests in navigating the showroom and connecting with the appropriate department.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Process title and licensing applications through the DMV.
  • Process bank deposits, including preparing cash deposits and scanning checks using a check reader system.
  • Monitor till levels and coordinate change as needed.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, making copies, and maintaining an organized front office environment.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, including printer toner, lunchroom supplies, and other operational necessities.
  • Coordinate purchasing needs and maintain supply lists for scheduled vendor runs.
  • Arrange service calls and troubleshooting support for office equipment, including printers and related devices.
  • Monitor inventory levels of important office forms, folders, and dealership paperwork; communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Resolve issues related to credit card transactions.
  • Provide backup support to the accounting department, including daily cash reconciliation.
  • Support various departments and assist with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in receptionist, administrative, customer service, automotive, marine, or powersports industries is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with office software systems preferred.
  • Experience handling cash, deposits, or administrative accounting tasks is a plus.
  • Must be available to work every other Saturday.

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
