Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area to keep it clean, organized, and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain records and files, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and faxing.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
