We’re hiring a Receptionist at Phone Stack.
Phone Stack helps businesses answer more calls, book more customers, and reduce missed opportunities with AI phone agents.
We’re looking for a professional, well-spoken receptionist who can be the first point of contact for prospective customers and help guide them through the sales process.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Answering inbound calls and messages
• Speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Understanding their current phone, receptionist, and customer service needs
• Explaining how Phone Stack can help their business
• Qualifying leads and booking demos
• Following up with interested prospects
• Keeping notes organized in our CRM
• Helping improve our scripts, objection handling, and sales process
This role is a strong fit for someone who is:
• Clear, confident, and professional on the phone
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Sales-minded without being pushy
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
