Receptionist

Our team is growing and we're hiring a Full Time Receptionist.

4 days a week, Monday to Friday + a share of Saturday mornings

38 hrs per week contract, as well as taking part in the Saturday morning rota (which is paid on top of salary) – part time applicants welcome!

We are a living wage employer, this role is £13.45 an hour

?You’ll be working alongside our lovely team of 4 experienced vets, 4 dedicated RVNs, a VCA and 2 wonderful Receptionists to help us deliver outstanding care to our patients and their people

About the Rol

eAs a Receptionist at Pear Tree Vets, you'll be key to the care our patients and clients receive. The role covers a wide variety of tasks – Supporting clients in times of need and making our patients feel welcome and calm. You will be answering calls, emails, and enquiries. Scheduling appointments and procedures, dispensing medicine and assisting with infection control. Generating and filing patient paperwork, as well as daily financials. It’s a hands-on, varied role perfect for someone who is hardworking, compassionate, and keen to grow their skills in a progressive, independent practice
