Reception Team Leader – Rivers Hospital, Sawbridgeworth. 37.5 hours per week, full-time. Salary – Depending on experience + benefits.
Rivers Hospital is a private hospital located on the Essex/Hertfordshire border, easily accessible from London and the Home Counties. The hospital opened in 1992 and provides high-quality clinical standards with modern facilities and infection prevention measures.
Responsibilities
- Organise the reception rota and provide reception duties to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Manage reception staff and respond to patient enquiries, guiding on appointment and reception processes.
- Perform administrative duties as part of the role and operate a switchboard to answer calls and pass information to departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Good support/people management skills.
- Outstanding professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with flexibility to cover departmental needs.
- Excellent communication and professional telephone skills.
- Administrative and receptionist experience within the healthcare sector (preferable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Training skills for all new starters and support for Maxims system updates for reception staff.
