This role provides comprehensive hands-on training including client onboarding, account opening & closing, using Salesforce CRM. We are looking for a candidate with excellent judgment and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Enter new account data using Salesforce CRM.
- Process account changes in line with bank policies.
- Close accounts as directed by Client Services.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- 1-2 years of office experience – full time or internship
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish required
Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary for this role ranges from $50,000 – $57,000, depending on skills, qualifications, experience. Eligibility for year-end merit bonuses may apply.
