The Role
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a long-term basis. This is not a temporary position — we are investing in someone who wants to grow with us.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball. You will be the operational backbone of our day-to-day office activity, ensuring clients are taken care of, appraisers are scheduled, and our files are organized and accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Create and organize files for incoming appraisal orders with accuracy and consistency
- Schedule and coordinate appraisal appointments between clients and appraisers
- Manage a high volume of client emails with professionalism and timely responses
- Answer incoming phone calls with a warm, clear, and helpful demeanor
- Enter and maintain data across our appraisal software and internal systems
- Support the team with day-to-day office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, team-first attitude — we work closely together and culture matters here
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; you are comfortable on the phone
- Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in real estate is a plus — but not required; we will train the right person
