Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-Real Estate Brokerage / Property Management company located in Brooklyn, NY is looking to hire a full-time Office Administrator.

English and Spanish speaking is required.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks in a real estate and property management office

Handle challenging assignments with efficiency and strong attention to detail

Maintain organized records, tenant files, and office documentation

Assist with leasing, tenant communication, and general office operations

Provide a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment

Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and team members as needed

Qualifications:

Previous administrative office experience required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to handle fast-paced and challenging tasks with a positive attitude

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish

Real estate or property management experience is a strong plus

Must be reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Pay: $20 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

8-hour shift
