Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Closing Paralegal to join our team. This is for a closer/post-closer position; not pre-closing.
In this role, you will help manage the legal documentation and processes involved in real estate closings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout each transaction. You will support smooth closings and uphold our firm’s reputation for efficiency and responsiveness.
Final compensation in any offer will depend on experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and organize closing documents such as deeds, affidavits, closing disclosures, and settlement statements
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, agents, and other parties to facilitate timely closings
- Manage closing files using the closing software SoftPro
- Assist with disbursing documents and funds from closing
Qualifications
- Closing and post-closing experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with closing parties
- Administrative experience supporting law office operations including clerical tasks like filing and data entry
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while maintaining high standards of professionalism
Pay: $40,000.00 – $59,000.00 per year
