We are looking to hire a dedicated QA Administrator to join our team who will support our Quality Department

FLSA – Full Time, Non-Exempt

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform Data Entry by processing the “Releasing of Customer Units” into an ERP system under the direction of quality control
  • Scanning all applicable paper documents into the ERP system’s applicable “work order package”. 
  • Physically lifting of aircraft parts under 30lbs may be required at times.
  • The moving of carts with aircraft units is required. Includes applicable paperwork. 
  • Store & move aircraft components, serviceable and un-serviceable, to applicable locations
  • Keep working area clean and organized, including applicable tables and shelves.
  • Perform physical inventory count of customer units at the end of each month. 
  • Interact with Customer Service, Shop Managers & Quality department concerning “paperwork discrepancies” in a timely manner. 
  • Perform at times as a “back-up” in shipping and receiving department may be required. (less than 5%)
  • You will play a critical role both in Quality control, as well as performing timely deliveries to customers 
  • Delivering quality products and services accurately is required
  • Delivering products and services in a timely manner is required.

Required Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Able to read, write and communicate in English.
  • High School Diploma

  • Team player, flexible, positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have average computer and data entry skills. Knowledge of Quantum ERP a plus.
  • Ability to multitask.
