Two (2) or four (4) year degree, with a minimum of a high school diploma
Positive attitude
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Demonstrated proficiency in:
Word processing
Spreadsheets
Student information systems
General office management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Work effectively with the students, staff and general public
Cooperative work style
Strong organizational skills
Work related experience in office management preferred
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Building Administrator’s correspondence and communication.
Maintain student information system and/or official records
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
Facilitate requisitions and building supplies
Provide consistent communication of building operations with students, staff and families.
