Become essential to the Court’s operations as a Provincial Offences Court Support Clerk in Greater Sudbury. Handle payments, assist citizens, and manage court documents efficiently every day.

This limited position at the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer focuses on court administration and citizen services. You will enter data into the Integrated Court Offences Network (ICON) and support various legal processes. Your work will directly enhance court functionality as you interact with the public and legal agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and balance fines and payments at the counter

• Assist citizens with inquiries regarding court matters

• Maintain court records in electronic formats

• Coordinate resources for court cases and exhibits

• Record information for trial requests and hearings

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma (Grade XII) completed

• 1-2.5 years of law office or legal experience

• Knowledge of Provincial Offences Act and court processes

• Proficiency in keyboarding and data entry skills

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record preferred
