Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of 101 units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance and a basic knowledge of HUD and WHEDA programs. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage tenant relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, annual recertifications, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
  • Utilize property management software such as RealPage or OneSite for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant leases, payments, and waitlists.
  • Enter Work Orders for maintenance requests
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Experience

  • Experience in property management a plus.
  • Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs and Section 8 housing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations is essential.
  • Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Proficient in office administration tasks including data entry, filing, and phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
