We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will ensure compliance with, manage property maintenance, and foster positive relationships with owners, tenants and vendors. Responsibilities
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries promptly via phone or in person, resolving conflicts effectively through conflict management skills.
- Conduct regular property inspections, manage vendor relationships, and oversee property upkeep to uphold high standards of quality.
- Utilize data management tools such as OneSite or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for record keeping, filing, and reporting purposes.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through excellent communication skills and proactive engagement.
Experience
- Proven experience in property management
- Hands-on experience with Appfolio, or similar property management software systems.
- Strong background in legal administrative tasks such as contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.
- Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and general administrative support is essential.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination and CMMS utilization is preferred.

Pay: $52,706.46 – $63,474.44 per year
