Property Insurance Claims Specialist Admin Jobs in Carnegie, PA at Stephen Hnat & Associates

Responsibilities:

  • Enter new claims in CRM software, update the program with Diary updates.
  • Process daily mail.
  • Pricing of item content list, verifying prices, item research.
  • Taking incoming calls.
  • Reach out to clients for information.
  • Organize claim file, keeping records up to date.
  • Handle the Marketing, Facebook, Google, direct mail, etc.
  • Help write marketing letters
  • Manage the schedule of estimates.
  • Create accurate floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Program (similar to sketch up) Xactimate.
  • Help build construction estimate using Xactimate.
  • Use Excel to compare estimates, noting difference.
  • Other misc task as needed.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • property insurance claims: 1 year (Preferred)
