We are a fast-growing commercial sign company seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support daily office operations. This role is critical to keeping projects moving by accurately processing purchase orders, creating work orders for production, and providing professional customer service to our clients.

What You’ll Do
- Process and verify incoming purchase orders
- Create and enter work orders for the production team
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls from customers and vendors
- Communicate order details between sales, production, and customers
- Ensure orders are entered accurately and on time
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed
- Help keep projects and internal communication running efficiently
- Maintain Electronic Files

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or order processing experience
- 2+ years of Quickbooks Online experience
- Experience working with purchase orders or work orders
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or the sign industry is a plus
- Strong computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and office software)
- Use specialized software for estimating, data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience working with Google Docs and Sheets
- Notary Public, or able to obtain
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
