This vital role keeps our daily operations running smoothly and allows our technicians to respond quickly and effectively when customers need us most.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Scheduling & Job Coordination

  • Coordinate daily schedules for our service technicians
  • Track all active jobs in our project management software
  • Assist with preparing job files, estimates, and work orders
  • Communicate with customers and subcontractors for job updates and confirmations

Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide clear and reassuring communication to customers during stressful times
  • Manage emails, documents, and calls related to active jobs
  • Upload documentation, enter data, and maintain compliance standards

Office Operations

  • Maintain inventory of office and field supplies
  • Assist with billing and processing customer payments
  • Support HR paperwork and internal employee documentation
  • Help with light IT needs and perform regular computer backups

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Customer service experience with a caring and calm demeanor
  • Empathy for people in distress and a genuine desire to help
  • Experience with administrative work or project coordination (preferred)
  • Team player attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
