The Jewish Federation of Cleveland is seeking a Project Coordinator in its Marketing & Communications Department. The role involves managing project workflows, coordinating with vendors, handling advertising and event support, and providing administrative assistance to the CIO and CMO.

* Key Responsibilities:
**
Production Coordination (75%)
Manage project briefs and schedules, oversee deadlines and budgets, and coordinate advertising calendars.
Administrative Support (25%)
Support CIO and CMO with logistics, meetings, and budget management.

* Qualifications:
**
BA in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
At least three years of office experience; marketing or communications experience preferred.
Project management experience is highly desirable.
** Desired Skills:**
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with project management software like Wrike, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
