Christenson Electric is looking for a Project Billing Coordinator with a high degree of experience in a support role. The Project Billing Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with Project Management to ensure accurate and timely customer billing. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and effective communication both internally and externally. Key duties include monitoring project progress, issuing accurate invoices, and following up with customers regarding payment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Billing is fast-paced and high-volume, requiring PCs to work proactively on a daily basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and process invoices based on project milestones & contract terms (150-250 invoices)
Ensure all billable items are accurately recorded and billed to clients.
Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project-related information.
Utilize software to input and manage data.
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries and project updates.
Address and resolve any issues related to billing in a professional and timely manner.
Support our field employees.
