Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indooroopilly, QLD, for a Project and QA Admin Support professional. The role includes assisting project teams with administrative coordination, ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The individual will support quality control processes, assist with quality management systems, and liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with standards and procedures. Effective communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role. Chinese (Mandarin) spoken and written language skills are preferred.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes
- Familiarity with Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
- Experience with Quality Auditing and maintaining compliance documentation
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a project-focused or quality management role is an advantage
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in quality assurance, project management, or related fields are preferred
