Job Scope

  • Assisting on administrative role
  • Data entry (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & ERP)
  • Prepare worker namelist and submission to landlord
  • Support project scheduling, meeting minutes and coordination tasks
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • ITE / Diploma or equivalent
  • Project management or related field
  • Keen eye for details and ability to priorities work independently
  • Meticulous and fast pace
  • Good personality, hardworking, willing to learn, organized, responsible
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with construction or engineering terms (added advantage, not required)
  • Ideally available to start work on short notice
