We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented data entry assistant to join our team. This role involves keeping the product catalog up to date for an ecommerce website and overseeing most the work done by the offshore team.
Responsibilities:
Input data and photos from vendors and product catalogs
Review product pricing and consistency
Quality review work done by offshore data entry team (in India)
Communicate with vendors for information and provide to team as needed
Documenting instructions and/or maintaining SOP’s for offshore team
Qualifications:
Selling products online
Using image editing programs like Adobe Photoshop and Canva
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Skype, Google Drive, and project management software (Jira, Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Experience in working with offshore teams (India) is a plus+
Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, C#, SQL is a plus++
The job is part time around 10-15 hours per week.
Around 3 days/week between Monday to Friday 9-5pm – Flexible hours
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
