Our client is in search of a detail-oriented and organized Program Support Coordinator to support administrative operations and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys providing high-level administrative support, coordinating projects and activities, and serving as a resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
As a key support resource, the Program Support Coordinator helps ensure efficient daily operations, effective communication, and accurate administrative processes. This position plays an important role in supporting organizational effectiveness and advancing UTR Group’s mission and long-term goals.
Schedule
- Day Shift
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CT
- Austin, TX (On-site)
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to routine inquiries.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office, facility, and marketing supply orders.
- Support facility operations through vendor coordination, service requests, and administrative follow-up.
- Assist with donor family services communications, including bereavement mailings and donor-recipient correspondence.
- Support organizational meetings, events, and special projects.
- Obtain and maintain purchase orders and supporting billing documentation.
- Verify pricing information and maintain accurate billing and operational records.
- Respond to billing inquiries and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain data within spreadsheets, databases, and business systems.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office coordination, customer service, billing support, or a related role.
- Experience maintaining records and tracking information using spreadsheets, databases, and business systems.

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
