What You’ll Do:
Assist with scheduling maintenance, inspections, and repairs for company vehicles
Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, mileage, and service history
Support compliance with DOT and company safety regulations
Communicate with drivers, vendors, and service providers to coordinate vehicle needs
Track and order vehicle supplies, decals, and registration renewals
Assist with accident reporting and follow-up processes
Perform basic data entry and reporting related to fleet performance and utilization
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or business is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office software
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
