About the Role – fresh graduates welcomed.
Ideal for someone early in their career seeking to gain exposure to the production side of events while hopefully having fun in the process. You will be actively supporting the team across all aspects including pre-production (e.g., research, logistics, sourcing, vendor liaison), on-site management (e.g., travelling for events, staff support, vendor management), and post-production (e.g., set dismantle, budget reconciliation, post-event reports). You could be the one making it happen at Filament.
About You
No event experience? No problem. As long as you’re a team-player who's passionate and dedicated. Ideally fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, additional points for other Asian languages. It is required that you're also proficient in Microsoft Office, but knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, Auto-CAD and other design applications would be a bonus. Most importantly, you should have excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
