Production Control Assistant Supervisor

A Japanese company is seeking a Production Control (PC) Assistant Supervisor.

Salary: $70K

Work Type: Full-time, On-site

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The PC Assistant Supervisor has primarily following responsibilities and authorities for:

• 
  Performing data entry and verification of production and inventory transactions.
• 
  Operation and maintenance of communication systems with customers and internal scanning systems.
• 
  Ordering and maintaining component parts/materials and plant supplies where required.
• 
  Maintaining all documents/records supporting the accounting and inventory transactions.
• 
  Performing any other projects specified by Administrative Manager.
• 
  Understanding and overseeing all aspects of production management, including logistics.

HOURS AND PROVISIONS:

Business Hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Some flexibility required. Lunch is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Overtime is required as necessary.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 
  Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite including Excel.
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 
  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 
  Previous automotive experience a plus.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Operation of Communication Systems with Customers
  
• Subordinate Management Skills
