Job Description:

Spherion Staffing has a fantastic client seeking a Temp To Perm candidate for their open position – Production Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Support documentation for engineering, sales, and assists in processing orders.
• Prepares documentation, enters orders, creates invoices, and compares against purchase orders.
• Schedules start dates using the current ERP system.
• Enters quotes, utilizes sales reports, and creates order packets.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 6 months

• Using an ERP System
• Microsoft Excel
• Mathematical Skills
• Reasoning ability
• Computer literate.

Physical:

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 10 mounds.
• Bending / Stooping / Kneeling
