Location: Bryanston, Johannesburg

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Processing Administrator to join our Financial Emigration team.

This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of client processes, including SARS-related submissions, financial emigration applications, and client record management

The ideal candidate is highly organised, administratively strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Tax Diagnostics for clients accurately and timeously
  • Prepare and submit all Financial Emigration documentation, including:
  • Bank-related forms
  • IT21 applications
  • Other relevant SARS documentation
  • Liaise with clients via email, telephonic communication, and in-person interactions, ensuring a professional and seamless client experience
  • Conduct SARS status checks, provide updates, and escalate matters where required
  • Assist with Approval of International Transfer (AIT) / Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN applications with SARS
  • Support with RAV01 updates and Non-Resident Confirmation Letter applications
  • Provide administrative support to tax consultants on Financial Emigration and related processes
  • Maintain accurate client records and tracking sheets, ensuring data integrity at all times
  • Offer general administrative and operational support to the FE team as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an administrative or processing role (tax or financial services exposure advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of SARS processes and documentation
