Post Judgment Legal Assistant Principle Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and putting together garnishment forms.
- Conduct daily review and follow up on garnishments.
- Capability to review and comprehend court docket information.
- Verify judgment information using court docket or judgment entries.
- Handle bank, employer, and court calls regarding pending garnishments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to client work standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Post Judgment Legal Assistant Qualifications:
- 2 years related work experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of court system/legal process.
- Prior experience with OH garnishment process preferred but not required.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team fostered environment.
- Goal oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to accept feedback.
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
