We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator for our busy plumbing company. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Speak with customers to understand issues and schedule service calls quickly and efficiently
- Use critical thinking to prioritize jobs and respond to customer needs
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily service schedules
- Handle customer concerns with patience and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and assist with basic accounts receivable tasks
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections
- Maintain accurate records and close out jobs in the system
- Work with QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Service Fusion
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and phone skills (this is a must)
- Ability to think quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- QuickBooks experience required
- Dispatching or scheduling experience preferred
- Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
