Responsibilities
- Manage multiple phone lines simultaneously using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all calls
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain accurate records of phone call details, messages, and data entry tasks with high attention to detail
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data management, and front desk support to ensure seamless office operations
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by maintaining a professional tone and active listening skills during all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, telephony, or administrative roles; clerical experience is highly valued
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and telephony technology
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Technical proficiency in data entry software, office applications, and general computer use
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and documentation
- Prior front desk experience is preferred but not required
